Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, we must be contacted via email at within 3 days of the delivery date. A photograph submission is required of the indicated issue. We may request that you return 100% of the defective or damaged order before we reproduce your order. A return shipping label will be provided if a return is required and the product should be returned no later than 10 days of the delivery date. The original order’s production time and shipping method will be used for the replacement order. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Upon receipt of the email, we will respond promptly and more details will be provided for returning defective or damaged orders.
