COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the impact of COVID-19, small parcel carriers are experiencing a high volume of shipments, which may cause a delay in delivery by an additional 1-3 days.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.

Digital orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and an email will be sent within 24 hours of purchase. If you’re having digital download issues please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time guaranteed shipping estimates are not provided due to the impact of COVID-19. If you have a deadline for an event, please do not procrastinate in placing your orders and order in advance for unanticipated delays. The delivery estimate provided is based on the information received from the shipping carrier. Once the package reaches the carrier, we are not responsible for late shipments due to the holidays, bad weather or carrier delays and there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.
All packages will require a signature for releasing.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES?
Currently we use USPS as our parcel carrier, so we are able to ship to P.O boxes. Please make sure to input the accurate information when checking out.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number for checking the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become readily available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at odcharmcollection.gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, we must be contacted via email at email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery date. A photograph submission is required to indicate the problem. We may request that you return 100% of the defective or damaged order before we reproduce your order.
A return shipping label will be provided if a return is required and the product should be returned no later than 10 days of the delivery date. The original order’s production time and shipping method will be used for the replacement order. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
